We just get this new update from factory,it is for the original MK808, can’t work with clone, please notice.
MK808 is the hottest model last year, and has a lot of custom rom support. also have unbeatable price till now.

Looks good! But for some reason I wont get internet connection. Wifi finds my router but it will not connect. I set my password it starts to connect but then it fails???
I am prety sure that this box is yours. I get it from my friend and it was he how told me about you… I will ask him.

You may use a Virtual Machine (Win8, Win7 etc.) on your Win 8.1 to accomplish those tasks

Can anyone improve this rom?
Great firmware, but I believe these mini pc should have a better way to go into flash mode. In my case, the reset button was destroyed due to the clip use and I almost couldn’t apply it. Nonetheless, I ended up opening the unity and short circuiting it with a tweezer. Netflix is way better than in other firmware, but the sound is delayed a little.
Just coming back to say that if someone has a problem with audio/video sync in Netflix using this firmware, get version 3.0.0. It is working ok for me.

Does it have the usual chinese bloatware in it?? Also, judging by the screenshot it doesn’t have the option to turn off the status bar and go full screen like finless or the previous one. Is that true???

Yes,it come with rooted. all mk808, mk908,mk908ii, mk808ii stock rom are all coming with rooted!

Can finless Bob make a custom ROM from this firmware with more room for app ,on this firmware I have 2 Gd for apps and4.5gb storage but 600mb is used by android firmware so I only have1.4gb for apps ,if I want to instal Thor god of war,I can’t,it needs1.6gd of app space and I cannot move anything on SD storage,this option is unavailable. If system would have been 4,5gd and SD storrage2gd it would be perfect I don’t need that much storage space.thank you
It is a great ROM apart from the small system space and big storage space,I wish that someone would swap them.otherwise I have no complaints,I use it since November .I especially love the rk game controller app.I use my android phone to control games on mk808.I,m waiting for a custom ROM with more room for games.Thank you
Hi i just finished making some custom rom for the mk808 it is the same rom as above the diference is that it has more app space,the stock firmware had 1,5gb internal storage , 4,5gb nand flash and 1 gb for android system,i have decompailed the image ,moded the parameter file to 2 gb internal storage,4,5 gb nand flash and the 1 gb partition for android system i shrinked it to 500mb since the image file is492 mb it will fit in.Hope you like the rom.

update: i have not manage yet to spoof galaxy s3 device into build.prop
so that all the games in google play show as compatible but there is a way with build prop editor,here is the link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jrummy.apps.build.prop.editor
Just enter the buildprop ,scrol to these 4 lines and edit them after the equal sign as folows:
ro.product.model=GT-I9100
ro.product.brand=samsung
ro.product.name=GT-I9100
ro.product.device=GT-I9100
You may also want to instal superuser before using buildprop editor.
After that almost all high graphic games will apear as compatible and you will be able to play them on your mk808 device.I curently run GT Racing 2 at high graphic with no problems.
