As Xiaomi Yi action camera has been released for a month, the firmware has updated to v1.0.7. You can automatic update the Xiaomi Yi camera with the Yi camera app for android, or you can download the firmware and upgrade it yourself.

If you have a SJCAM / tronsport camera before, then you don’t need me to tell you how to do it.
1. Download the firmware, upzip it to the root directory of your micro SD card (fat32 format), insert the card to your Xiaomi Yi camera and turn on the camera, then it will automatic upgrade and power off when it’s finished. It will take about 2 minutes and the blue light will be flashing.
2. Please make sure your camera have more than 50% battery power before upgrading.
3. After upgrading, please delete the firmware file from the micro SD card.

Hi. There’s already a v1.0.9 firmware. You might want to look into it. I couldn’t find a manual download for this. This screenshot is not mine but I hope you can help us out with the new upgrade.
The firmwares are from producers.we do not customize it.However,we shall update it as soon as the producer send us the latest version.
