   PC drivers? flash tool? flash mode?

   Dear friend

   Please make a copy of important data first in case of data missing during upgradation.You will have to re-root the box with our latest version (http://blog.geekbuying.com/index.php/2015/03/12/gv-11d-tv-box-latest-firmware-released-20150312/#comment-2002086923),since there is no OTA function.

   hi #GeekBuyingBlog people want to know how how how to update firmware…not root or root…your anzwer so stupid…many people buy your product but error and cant find support website…please step by step or tutorial to recover menu not setting factory reset .. and not root … and not link download firmware but how to go recovery menu
