We just get the new firmware for the hot sale X1 Action Camera. As know as the “SJ4000 Killer”, X1 has the real 1080P 60FPS and 720P 60FPS which SJ4000 doesn’t. X1 is compatible with the SJ4000 battery and most GoPro mounts. And the video sample is pretty sharp and clear, 1080p 60fps is mush more smooth than the 30fps. Copy the file to the TF card then insert it to the camera, start the camera, stop recording then press the up button, the camera will start to flash the firmware. Notice, please unsure the battery is at least half full before update the firmware.

I tried Update of the firm ware, but did not succeed.
I stopped recording to automatically begin and pushed the upper button, but there was not the change.

Card is formatted, camera to factory settings, firmware is at the root, turn on the camera, stop recording and push the Up button. No response …

Can you make a firmware with 720p/120fps mode?

Camera from this video is using same SPCA6350 chip and support 120fps mode.
Also OV4698 sensor used in X1 camera support even 720p/180fps mode.
All of our firmwares are from the producers. If you want a customized one,you may have to consult with professionals.
We have transferred this problem to the factory and will obtain the solution in 2 days.
Please try to restore to factory settings.
