Flash method:
1, Open the “USB Burning Tool.exe”
2, Select “File”-“Import image” to load burning image package
3, Select burning configuration, then click “Start”
4, Before close the tool, you need to pull out devices the click “Stop”
Just got one of these boxes from GB. I downloaded the two files above to update it and both came down cleanly. The rar file uncompresses without any CRC error but when I try to load the image file into the USB Burning Tool I get a "parse burning image fail" error message. ("Parse burnining iamge fail" to be entirely accurate).
Tried DLing the firmware several times from several different sites. File byte sizes are always identical in both compressed and extracted sizes but I always get this same error message. Any ideas what might be wrong? I am running Win7 x64 if that makes any difference.
