Pls note, before you flash the phone you need to install the drivers on your pc.(The driver will be installed aotomaticly when connected with PC)
Flash method:
1.
1:Open flash tool 
2: Choose the right file as the below:
4: Power off you NEW TS7 and Connect Z26 with your pc using the cable
5:The only thing you can do is waiting now. It should take 3-5mins. It will show 100% at last. then you can turn on your phone directly.

Is there a changelog? Are there any significant fixes?
powered your phone off, click start all, and then connect you phone with pc. if nothing happen pls try another USB port of the PC
it is the stock firmware for new TS7
