After start SP_MultiPortDownloadProject.exe popup window '2.0' is not a valid floating point value.
Windows XP 32 RU
Set lokalizasiyu English U.S. - the program started.
Throws an error 4001.
Even if started with administrator rights,the tool show some errors.
