Still the phone has the same issue with the speaker during phonecalls. If you are not in totally silent enviroment its almost impossible to hear the other guy talking.
I’ve came up with a partial fix for it (tweaking various settings under Engineer Mode) but as I don’t know where ALL the parametres in speech enhancement apply it’s not a final fix and somehow incomplete.
If you like there is no reason to confirm this post as it has not the fix in but I can do it if you like.
I would appreciate though if you could tell us about the parametres so we Fix that issue once and for all (as it seems a software problem and not hardware) and have a dicent phone.

How to install new version of facebook, skype and Youtube?
