no,the stock rom of imito qx1 is not rooted, you should root by yourself.

Hey guys, sorry for my english, i am Yorgos from Greece, i bought this imito qx1, i flashed the official 4.2.2 rom. Everything went well, until i pressed on the main screen the power off button. It promed me that the tablet (?) will switch off.
After that i canot switch it on. I unplugged the power cable and plugged it again, i tryed ctrl-alt-del on the wireless usb keyboard. Nothing. It seems to be dead.
Please Help me!!! What can i do???
(I tryed to connect it to the pc but the pc dont recognised that i pluged something to it)
Finally I got QX1 today.
And I update firmware 4.2.
Unfortuantaly 4.2 is very unstable.
BT is not working properly.
Netflix is working , but still has problem.
HI,sorry to hear that, but i have tested the bluetooth keyboard, it can work,what’s your problem, and what’s the problem for netflix| please make sure you use the 5v2A power adatper.

From today I can’t use netflix.
It shows network error message.
But my networking is no problems at all.
This problem is as like first step of 4.2
What happen?
Netflix is working again.
4.2 is still unstable.
Especially BT is big problem to use headphone.
Netflix is working only for a limited time. Maybe two or three minutes. Most of the time it returns to the title screen or it starts playing the movie with only sound (black screen).
This is on 720 and 1080 4.2 ROM

The same procedure is done to install this ROM as it is with downgrading.

Good day, does not see “USB2.0 – LAN Adapter HG20F9” . It is one of the few market adapters supporting USB 2.0 and transmitting / receiving 100M for a very low price.

I just got my QX1 and nothing is showing up on the 720p TV I connected it to.
I does seem to work on an 1080p capable TV. What do I need to do in order to make it work on my 720 plasma?

For those with the same problem, I solved my bluetooth issue by upgrading to to the 1080p firmware update.

Problem with Adobe Flash Player. Sometimes I want to see on-line films (using flash player). When I press “Full Screen” button, the screen becomes black and I can hear only sound (without any picture). If somebody knows how to resolve this problem, please help!
@tzvi: this is due to the output that the QX1 comes with.. Stock firmware may be 720p however within the stock firmware the output is upscalled to 1080p..
You can try to change the settings with in the display option with in the setting on the QX1 however Ive heard of issues with that.. I would just suggest to upgrade to the legit 1080p kernal firmware and be done with all issues..

I just got the QX1,
and I want to update it to newest firmware.
I downloaded the latest version but I have no idea how to update the device.
This is my first Android and I don’t really know what to do.
Do I update it through my PC?
if so does it need to be rooted first?
my PC doesn’t recognize the device.
or do I download it straight to my device and activate it from there?
