   hi, is this firmware based on the tablet version, hence includes multiuser support?

   Hi, now all of the rk3188 tv stick android 4.2 firmware don’t support multiusers, but in future update, they will add it, just stay tuned.

   Hey, just yesterday there was a link here for a rooted version of this firmware. Why was that removed? I downloaded it, but haven’t installed it (waiting on 4.1). Was it malicious? Thanks!

   Any idea when the bluetooth issue will be fixed? I cannot pair any bluetooth keyboard to it and it’s actually pretty annoying.

   1080 looks great! Seems stable but as noted BT keyboard not working yet. Ran youtube videos for about 4 hours – no problems. I’m using ethernet and will try wifi tommorrow.

   For me, the device gets overheated within 20 minutes and turns itself off. I’m using WIFI connection.

    That is, when in 1080P mode, watching a 1080P clip.

    Looks great on big screen, no overheating issues, wi fi works fine.

    ***Note that this will slow down the system, Antutu scores reduces from 15712 to 13990 🙁

    Similarly for Linpack…. scores go from around 140 to the 120s, system works great but will not perform as well on benchmarks. may be due to the additional processing required.

    @George -What player or site were you using? I have downloaded 1080P and played flawlessly from MX Player. The system doesn’t even get warm.

    Hi There ,
    Can someone please help connect QX1 to Windows 7 laptop usb drivers are installed but QX1 doesn’t show up as a external drive so that i can do firmware upgrades & wifi settings & use Droid Remote .
    I have tried connecting QX1 with HDMI port & micro usb-usb port cable .
    Also tried microsd card & USB drive
