   Yes, it is english version, and you need not change the language after upgrading.

   I have picked up my u30gt2, and here is a new firmware! Great! 🙂
   Only one question.
   Is it possibel, somehow, to put the statusbar from the top, to the bottom right? My previous tablet used this layout, and I think, that top status bar is useless for me.

   I downloaded the file but it wont open. I downloaded over wifi direct to tablet, was that okay? I’m not very good at this.

   Also wanted to check. I just got my tablet. it has JB 4.2.2 build number V2.03 20130606 , kernel version 3.036+ lcp@tchip-super #35 Thur June 8 16:08:57cst 2013
   Am I full up-to-date on my tablet?
   It came this way. I e-mailed customer service since monday when i got it but I have gotten no answer.

   I have been trying to reach customer service since monday. My tablet arrived with scratches on the glass and fully updated with JB 4.2.2 and latest firmware. There are missing chinese apps also, based on what I have seen of other tablets adverticements.

   I think I got a used or refurbished tablet. I have gotten no replies. The previous e-mail from me above shows the specs on my tablet. I need customer service to be more responsible.

   So okay. Just wanted to return and be fair. Yes the Geekbuying folks take a bit of time to respond. But, they are also correct when they say there is a screen protector already in place when tablet is shipped out!

   I thought it was the sheet with the label and did not look for another screen protector. So I apologize. I dug a little and found it. Thats how well the actual screen protector fits. I removed it and the glass under is great and scratch free!! I am satisfied!

   How ever, My tablet did come with 4.2.2 Android. How? I don’t know. I am not a techie/geek! I am not complaining!! I would not have been able to do that myself.

   So again, I am very satisfied with my tablet and how it arrived!

   Now How do I go about doing the above update?..lolol

    Hi everyone!

    Can anyone supply instructions and software for flashing this interesting firmware?
    It would be nice if the flashing firmware was not in Chinese, preferably in English.
