Flash instruction:
This is instruction for Flashing Tronsmart TS4 by TF card
1.Copy the update_0412.ZIP to tf card or your ts4 directly, no need to uncompress.
2.Power off the TS4, or remove the battery of your phone to make sure power off.
3.Then press power & volume+ at the same time, a yellow exclamation mark would appear, then press power again, load to R mode.
4.Choose wipe date/factory reset by using volume+&-, press home button= enter, it may take 5s before next step appear
5.choose yes -delete all date.
6. then choose wipe cache partition
7. apply update from sdcard, and choose update_0502, flashing begins. it will take 2-5 mins.
after finished, it will be back to R mode menu,choose reboot system now, everything is ok.

Hi! I tried to flash my TS4 but when I try to find the file I transferred to the phone it can’t find it. Has it something to do with being a rar file, and not zip? Its password protected so I cant extract it to see if it’s zipped beneath…

I have a question about this phone. For some reason I can’t get it to stop roaming. When googling it there seems to be an issue with the MT6589, and some older chipsets when using them in parts of Europe. Can you please advise what to do, and bring some lights into the problem? If I disable roaming I lose data connection, and having it turned on is maybe no big problem, but why is it needed? (I live in Sweden)

Hi,
My phone is stuck on a boot loop. I tried volume + and power button menu and wiped all data cache and rebooted. Nothing has changed.
What I did before bootloop,
1) rooted the phone (Successfully )
2) Installed app from google ‘myfont’
3) changed the font one time (worked fine)
4) changed the font again
5) when rebooting it stuck on the logo
Please Help
