We find some customers can’t flash firmware successfully due to the driver problems, so we write this post , and put some useful link here:

1  RKBatchTOOL 1.5en (this is english version for rkbatch tool,it used to upgrade system in your RK3066 device, it has drivers for 32bit and 64bit systems)

2  Rockchip Batch Tool v1.6 (this is the newest batch tool from rockchip, and it has windows 8 drivers included,and it also support RK3188 Device)

    I was after the RKDevelopTool_Release_Pack_v1.37.zip but I get the following error

    Error (509)
    This account's public links are generating too much traffic and have been temporarily disabled!
