Here is a description of how to function Tronsmart Force SoundPulse™ 40W Bluetooth Speaker 

If you can’t pair two of them into TWS, please try the following solution:
1. Make a factory reset for the two speakers. Turn on the two speakers, press and hold the Play/Pause Button or the Mode Button till the speakers’ power off automatically.
2. Turn the two speakers on again, press and hold the EQ Button for 2-3 seconds till you hear a tune reminder, they should pair with each other automatically.
3. Clear/Forget/Ignore the Paring records from your cellphone end(especially Bluetooth named Tronsmart Element Force), turn off and activate the Bluetooth icon from your cellphone, scan for available Bluetooth devices, choose “Tronsmart Element Force” to pair, once successful, you can stream music/video from your cellphone and sound should come from both of the speakers.
