Theft, accidental damage, and problems associated with software or data loss are not covered under the guarantee.

With the above options, a dedicated customer service associate will first troubleshoot the problem. If the troubleshooting process does not fix your issue, and your product is covered by the Geekbuying Used Phone Guarantee, you can get a replacement unit if one is available. If a replacement isn’t available, you will get a full refund. The option for a replacement unit is only available for products fulfilled by Geekbuying.

You will need to return your defective unit at no charge to you. If you do not return the unit within 90 days of receipt, you may get charged the original amount you paid for the item. If you choose to get a full refund and purchase a new item that has a shipping cost, you will need to pay for that shipping cost.

Note: You must save and back up all your data, switch off any phone tracking options on the device and perform a factory reset to remove personal data before returning your defective unit. If these steps are not performed, the device will not qualify for a replacement or refund. On qualifying products, you may get the option to use Geekbuying approved repair service instead of a replacement. In this case, you will not be required to save and back up all your data, as the repair provider will return the product to you.
