Dear Customer,

*Before formatting, we suggest that all the customers back up your phone data at first.

1.Click “Settings”.
2.Enter and click “back & reset”
3.View the page” set up your SD card”, then click and choose “Use as internal storage”,”Next”
4.You will view the page:
Format as internal storage
This requires the SD card to be formatted to make it secure.
After formatting, this SD card will only work on this device.
Formatting erases all data currently store on the SD card. To avoid losing the data, consider backing it up.
And please click “ERASE & FORMAT”
5.Please wait from 0% to 100% (ps:don’t remove the SD card while it’s formatting)
6.Jump automatically and view the page: Move data to new storage, choose and click “Move now”, then click”next”
7.The same jumping automatically and view the page: Move data now, click”move”, appear the page “Moving data”
8.Later and will view the page “SD card is ready”, then click “DONE” to finish this formatting internal storage.

You can view storage file and you can find the full internal storage.

PS: The operation of all the mobile phone is similar, maybe the different words expression but the same operation. Welcome to try this method
