Chinese tablet maker Teclast is launching a new tablet – Teclast X5 Pro. Teclast X5 Pro is a 12.2″ 2-in-1 Windows 10 tablet. It has a removable type cover style keyboard & kickstand. It’s powered by an Intel Core M3-7Y30 with a maximum turbo boost speed of 2.6 GHz and Intel HD 615 graphics. Other specs include, 240GB Sata3 SSD, USB 3.1 Type-C port, DC 12v charging, USB 3.0 port, Wireless AC and MicroSD card slot. Like a lot of 2-in-1 tablets, the Teclast X5 Pro looks a lot like a Microsoft Surface, but this model has a mix of features that are unlike anything Microsoft currently offers.
Design
Similar to the Surface Pro Line by Microsoft, the hybrid has an aluminium metal body frame with kickstand design and type keyboard cover. It sports a 12.2-inch display with 1920 x 1200 pixels (WUXGA) screen resolution, front facing stereo speakers and 12v 2A DC input for charging. Thanks to the plug-in keyboard. The device can be used as a 12.2-inch notebook gets an analogue of the famous Microsoft Surface. The X5 pro weighs 0.9 kg. As for dimensions, the number following 299 x 202 x 8 mm.
Display
The 12.2 inch touchscreen with full HD 1920X1200 Pixel resolution makes navigation easy around the tablet. The capacitive multi touch screen boasts of IPS technology which offers wide viewing angles, deep colors and excellent clarity.

The X5 Pro runs Windows 10 operating system. Windows 10 brings back the popular Start Menu from Windows 7 and introduces new features, like the Edge Web browser that lets you mark up Web pages on your screen.

Connectivity and port options includes – USB 3.0, micro HDMI / micro USB v2.0 port, Dual Band Wi-Fi 801.11ac & Bluetooth 4.0.

The tablet is fitted with a 5,000 mAh battery.
