Design
MIJIA home camera adopts rounded design. Combined with pure white body, MIJIA home camera looks like a smart home robot. In order to achieve 360 degree panorama shooting, MIJIA home camera divided into two parts. The upper part is a ball-shaped camera, which can realize 360 degree shooting. Meanwhile, it has 85-degree wide vertical viewing angle. The body is made of SABIC Plastic and the surface is polished.
The base of the MIJIA home camera adopts streamlined design. There is a function key right in front of the base. Pressing the function key will turn on voice conversion. When you want to end the conversation, press it again. Long pressing the function key will initiate voice calls. You can end the call by pressing the function key. Beneath the function key, there is a status LED light. Different colors of status LED light stand for different status of camera.
On each side of the camera is a speaker, which could achieve two way audio. The sound effect is great during conversation.
The reset button, Micro USB port and Micro SD slot locate on the edge of the base. MIJIA home camera supports Micro SD cards up to 32GB.
On the base, you can find a non-slip rubber pad, which make MIJIA home camera place firmly on smooth surface, at the same time, prevent camera from moving freely.

Configuration
In terms of configuration, MIJIA home camera adopts dual motors, non-cantilevered design. Users can adjust camera shooting angle freely via Xiaomi smart home APP. MIJIA home camera supports 1080P HD and come with Ambarella S2LM chip, OV HD sensor and supports magic zoom up to 4 times. Moreover, MIJA home camera adopts EVETAR professional lenses and LDC (Lens Distortion Correction) technology, which brings you real-life image. Meanwhile, MIJIA home camera has infrared night vision function that allows you monitor your home.
Connection setting
MIJIA home camera can be controlled by “MI smart home”. After downloading app, you need to add MIJIA home camera to “My device” and then connect to wireless network.

Mi smart home app is very compact. Users can adjust the direction of the camera (up, down, right, and left), take photos, recording video, voice conversation. And users can also adjust image sharpness. To view the monitoring image clearly, users can switch to full screen. In full screen mode, users can adjust direction and do other functional operation by swipe the screen directly.
Besides basic operation and setting, MIJIA home camera has “housekeeping assistant” function. When someone or objects breaks into the custom alarm area, the camera will send notification to user and record the video encrypted uploading directly to the cloud. The video will be saved for 7 days.
