Glad to share GPD XD Android4.4 RK3288 Gamepad new firmwares:

Newest update firmware: XD V2.4.0 English version

1, includes Google suites and google map, and the default language and input method are both with English.

2, the update package contains: upgrade instructions, upgrade drivers, upgrade tools. it’s better to upgrade via computer.

3, this version is to optimize these problems: can’t open some games, optimize the storage driver, fix part of the rocker can not reach +/-1, upgrade some applications, optimize the heating problem.

Preinstallation file: Win8 UI EN V3.0(for V2.6.0 and above versions)

1, copy “preinstall_files” to the SD card root directory (note: copy the whole folder).

2, insert the SD card into the device, after several seconds it will pop up the operating box.

3, click “SD card copy to Flash”, wait for a few minutes to complete (this process will be a progress bar).

4, click “finish”.
