Flash steps:
1. Decompress the RAR files, connect a USB cable to computer.

2. Click the flash tool FlashTool_v5.1412.00, the path is as shows:

Choose the corresponding file on the popup window according to the upgrade video. And set the corresponding options, click “download” after setted. As the below shows:

Connect the powered off watch to the USB cable, there will be a popup window asking you to install driver after 5 or 6 seconds, install the driver according to the upgrade video, the watch will show the charging state, at this time, pull out and plug back the cable which connect to the watch. The watch will start to upgrade automatically, and after upgrading, it will show the pop-up “OK”, click it,

pull out the cable and connect to the second watch, from the second watch, you only need to click “Download” and connect to the powered-off watch, it will upgrade automatically, don’t need to install driver.
(If you want to reopen the tool to upgrade, at the first time to upgrade, you need to connect to the powered-off watch via USB cable, waiting to the watch shows the charging state, click download, and then pull out and plug back the cable which connect to the watch, you can start to upgrade, it will show the”OK” popup, close it and connect the second watch, from the second watch, you only need to click “Download” and connect to the powered-off watch, it will auto upgarde.)
