Method 1: Press down the “Volume -” and “Power” buttons together, wait to enter the “fastboot” mode, then  connect your phone to PC.

Method 2: Backup files of your phone. Download the firmware to your phone root directory, press down the “” and “” buttons together, to enter the “recovery” mode, choose “wipe data/factory & wipe cache partition”(use Volume – /+ to choose, power to affirm).
