Here is the instruction for the how to flash the firmware for the following product:

Step 1:

Download the Stock firmware (img format) from our blog.  and copy the whole img file to the root of the usb disk.

Step 2:

Power off the M-195 device,and then insert the usb disk which includes the firmware img file to the m-195 android tv box.

Step 3:

Use the toothpick to press the “RST” button and then power on the device, don’t lose the toothpick till 5 seconds.

Step 4:

Connect the HDMI cable with your TV, and you will see the update process on TV.

Please note, make sure your device is always power on when the update. If your device lose power or you have met problem when you follow the above update instruction, you should use the following way to do the update again.

Step 1: use the winrar program to open the install.img file on your windows PC, and then extract the following file:

“rescue.emmc.dtb”“emmc.uImage”“ rescue.root.emmc.cpio.gz_pad.img”
Step 2: copy the following ” install.img”“ rescue.emmc.dtb” “ emmc.uImage” “rescue.root.emmc.cpio.gz_pad.img ” to the root of the USB DISK.
Step 3:

Use the toothpick to press the “RST” button and then power on the device, don’t lose the toothpick till 5 seconds.

Step 4:

Connect the HDMI cable with your TV, and you will see the update process on TV. it need take about 3 mins to finish the update.

Please note: there is no image on your TV when the device making the update, it’s normal, you don’t need press the RST button when it is in the update process. if don’t know if it is in the update process, you can check the usb disk ,if the light in usb disk is always flashing, then don’t worry, the update is working.
