We get some customers emails, and said, they forget their lock screen password or pattern and can’t open their device. Here are some solutions to fix this problem:
1 If you remember you have opened the USB debug in your device setting, then it will be easy for you erase the password, here is the some moethod:
Method 1:
use the tools, i just can find the correct tools in chinese, so i will teach you guys step by step:
A download the tools here:

B install the download tools, and run it, you will find a .exe file on your desktop called” 卓大师刷机专家”, run it;
C connect your android device with Windows PC, make sure you have installed the driver successfully, (if you have problem when install drivers, you can install this tool , and it will install the drivers for you directly,and then run the 卓大师刷机专家，and this tool will identify your device, then you go to the following TAB:
click “清除锁屏密码“，
now the tool will help you to erase the password or pattern. click”完成”
and then restart your android device, you will find the lock screen password or pattern is erased.
If you have problem with this method 1, you can try the method 2:

if you understand the ADB very well, then, the command is here:
adb shell rm /data/system/gesture.key
this is for erasing the password;
adb shell rm /data/system/password.key
this is for erasing the pattern.
ok, both method are all based you have opened the USB Debug. How about you forget to open that?
If you don’t open the USB debug and there is only two way to erase the password:
1 flash the firmware again for your device;( because different phone has different firmware update instruction, you can just google the information you need)
