1. Copy the downloaded firmware (RG_5H013_828_P1.bin) to the root directory of the U disk (the format of the U disk is FAT32) on the computer.
*U disk format: only supports FAT32 format, does not support NTFS format
*The U disk cannot have multiple partitions, if the upgrade fails, you can try another U disk
*The upgrade file needs to be placed in the root directory of the U disk (the root directory is opened on this computer after the U disk is connected, and it is the root directory after clicking the U disk to open).
*The format of the U disk must be FAT32 format (connect the U disk to the computer, open this computer, find the icon of the U disk. Right-click and select Properties to view it).
2. Disconnect the projector from the power supply (unplug the power supply), connect the U disk, and then connect the power supply.
3. Press the power button for about 5 seconds, release the button after there is a progress bar, and the progress bar means that the upgrade is in progress. If there is no progress bar, you can repeat steps 1 and 2.
Before upgrading, make sure to disconnect the projector, insert the USB flash drive, and then connect the power supply. It is important to not interrupt the upgrade process by turning off or shutting down the power.
Once the progress bar reaches 100%, the machine will automatically initiate and enter the system, indicating a successful upgrade.
