A、An explanation of the alarm system of the Ortur OLM 3

1．Firmware version later than ESP_OLM3_ 206 (including 206,207,208)

Note: <->: indicates a long sound of 500ms; <.>: A short 50ms; <|>: Repeat after 2000ms.

2．The firmware version of ESP_OLM3_ 205_RC (including RC16,RC26,RC35)

Note: <.>: A short sound of 50ms; <5>: 5 cycles.

B、When the device activates an emergency stop state alarm.  

1．When the LED indicator light of the power button flashes or blinks between yellow and white and is  accompanied by a short drop of circulation;

– Rotate the emergency stop button according to the indicated direction to remove the emergency stop state;

– After closing the emergency stop, the device will be in the Alarm state – “when the device has an Alarm status alarm”.

C、When the device activates an Alam status alarm.

1． When the LED indicator light of the power button flashes or blinks bright yellow, and is accompanied by the cycle of <short long> sound;

2． Enter the home page of the APP- -> control- -> control page, click the reset (counterclockwise arrow icon), and then the unlock (lock);

3． After unlocking, the device will enter idle mode, the light stays green, and the buzzer silent.

D、When the device activates an SD card initialization error alarm.

1． When the LED indicator light of the power button flashes or blinks yellow and white alternatively, and is accompanied by the cycle of <long long> sound;

2． Find out the SD card slot below the SD card icon near the device installation line, and insert the SD card into the device;

3． Click the Rest button and press the power button for three seconds to restart the device, the device will run normally;

4． If errors are still reported, go to Ortur official website to download and update the firmware.

E、When the equipment activates a motor drive error alarm.

1． When the LED indicator light of the power button lights up in bright red for 3s, blue twice, purple 3 times, and is accompanied by the cycle of <long long> sound;

2． Click the Rest button and press the power button for three seconds to restart the device, the device will run normally;

3． If the errors remain still, go to Ortur official website to download and update the firmware.

F、When the device activates an abnormal voltage error alarm.

1． The LED indicator light of the power button lights up in bright red for 3s, purple 3 times,  and is accompanied by the cycle of <long short long> dripping sound;

2． Check whether the laser engraver is plugged into the socket via a 24V power cable and whether the power cable is properly plugged in, instead of being too loose;

3． If the error keeps on after inserting the 24V power cord correctly, check whether the power adapter is damaged and whether the power supply is 24V;

4． After connecting the correct power supply, the laser engraver will be in an Alarm state, go over the following tips “when the equipment appears Alam state alarm” to solve the problem;

5． If the errors remain still, go to Ortur official website to download and update the firmware.

G、How to turn off the annoying alarm sound

1． Enter the home page of the APP- -> control- -> command page;

2． Enter the command $605=0, and click the Enter button to send the command.
