Good news, HUAWEI  is going to launch a new Quad Core Smart Phone A199.

It uses K3V2 quad core cpu as Honor 2,  with 5 inch IPS 720P screen, and 2GB  RAM.

It also support 2 sim card. but the difference is it support GSM/CDMA, but not WCDMA.

SIM 1:  CDMA 800MHz、EVDO Rev.A； SIM 2：GSM 900/1800/1900MHz

Date : EVDO Rev.A：3.1 Mbit/s（down），1.8 Mbit/s（up）；CDMA 2000 1X：153Kbit/s（down），153Kbit/s（up）
