Q: What sizes does the VR headset suit for?
A: We have developed VR headsets compatible with various mobile phone sizes, and have marked it clear in our product description. General compatible sizes range from 4.7 to 6 inch.
Q: How to use the IPD & Focus adjustment keys?
A: The setting is the most important one. It allows to adjust to your IPD (interpupillary distance) by changing the distance between the two lenses. If it’s a little blurry, you might want to use to adjust your IPD with this setting.
If you wear glasses and that you find out the lens is not well adjusted for you, it is important to first choose the lens cone the most suited to your sight.
The wheels on both sides allow to adjust the immersion level. If you feel like you are too “deep into virtual reality, you can use this setting. This setting also allows to adjust slight distortion effects that might appear outside of your field view. Depending on your face shape, this setting may prevent the lens from touching the tip of your eyes.
Q: Is is harmful to eyes?
A: Some of our headsets are equipped with anti-blu-ray toughened glasses to fully protect your eyes from ultraviolet, blu-rayand radiation.
Q: Where the sound is connected.？
A: Hi ,the sound is from your phone.
Q: The Bluetooth controller is included in the package?
A: Some do not include a controller. Please check the package contents before order.
Q: How does VR work?
A: You just need to: Download a compatible Android or iPhone app (please go to our compatibility page for more information
Download an app compatible with virtual reality (you will find the list of the 300+ apps on our app Homido Center, available for Android, and iPhone)

Q: How long does the battery last?
A: It depends on your smartphone. You can charge your phone while using it, but for a better experience we would suggest to have your smartphone already charged when using it. Alternatively you can use your smartphone in flight mode in order to save power.
Q: How to put the APP on your smartphone?
A: Hi .you can download the APPs from the website by smartphone or transfer it from the computer via USB cable. Thank you for your inquiry.
Q: How long does it take to deliver at my door ?
A: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Packaging Time + Shipping Time
We generally require between 2-5 business days to arrange shipment of orders.
The exact delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose.
1) Expedited Shipping: Around 4-7 business days to arrive.
2) Standard Shipping: Between 6-8 business days to be delivered.
3) Flat Rate Shipping: Between 15-25 business days to ship to the destination.
Q: What is the top strap for (above the head)?
A: It allows to better balance the headset weight across your head. If you don’t find it useful, you can choose not to use it.

Q: I want to know what mode of transportation and do any tax rate applies on the goods upon arrival?
