Just as expected, Redmi officially unveiled its Redmi K20 series – Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro. We will take a closer look at these. Where are the differences between them?
Redmi K20 Series match with 6.39″ FHD no notch AMOLED display with 2340 x 1080 resolutions(403 PPI) and Gorilla Glass 5. The screen-to-body ratio is expected to be quite large at over 92%. It will also offer an in-display fingerprint scanner which uses the seventh generation and unlocks in just 0.2s. It also has support for NFC payment.
The Redmi K20 series is equipped with a triple-lens rear shooter. The main camera sensor is the 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor, has an f/1.75 aperture for improved low light performance. The second sensor is an 8MP telephoto lens with an f/2.4 aperture. The phone also supports up to 10x digital zoom. Finally, the third sensor is a 13MP ultra-wide-angle camera with a 124.8° field-of-view and f/2.4 aperture.
The pop-up selfie camera is a 20.0MP shooter with an f/2.2 aperture. In the nice touch, Redmi adds that it pops up in 0.8 seconds. And you can also choose from one of six pop-up sounds. Redmi says the elevation has been tested over 300,000 times as well.
Redmi K20 is outfitted Snapdragon 730 processor. With 4000mAh battery capacity, Redmi K20 supports 18W quick charge.
Compared with the Redmi K20, the Redmi K20 Pro uses a higher-end Snapdragon 855 flagship processor to support higher video recording and focusing methods. It also supports a more accurate dual-band dual positioning system and WiFi dual antenna. The Redmi K20 Pro battery is equipped with support for 27W quick charging.
